Shipping policy

Please note that our free shipping policy will apply only if specified as part of promotional campaigns or special offers.

Shipping Guidelines:

A complete postal address including pin code, email ID, and contact number is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin code and contact number before completing your order.

If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3–4 business days.

If some of the ordered items are not in stock, they will be produced and dispatched within 10 business days of the order being placed. Customers will be informed in such cases.

Once dispatched, products are typically delivered within 5–7 business days across India. For remote or difficult-to-reach locations, delivery may take up to 10–12 business days.

Our courier partners deliver shipments between Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm. (Excluding Sundays and public holidays.)

Delivery timelines are subject to external factors beyond our control, including delays from courier partners due to weather, strikes, or transport disruptions.As soon as your package is dispatched, we will email you with tracking details and the expected delivery date.
