Our Strategic Partners
TDU
We are proud to be collaborating with the University of Trans-Disciplinary Health Sciences and Technology (TDU) in Yelahanka. TDU brings the powerful convergence of ancient shastra (traditional textual wisdom) and cutting-edge modern food science.
By validating our heritage recipes through the rigorous lenses of ingredient science and functional genomics, TDU's illustrious research helps us scientifically optimize the nutritive value of every product we offer. This partnership translates complex academic parameters into practical, science-based, machine-free production systems and natural ways to safely enhance shelf life, tailored specifically for the rural women artisans of ProtoVillage.
TDU’s considerate guidance and hands-on support ensure that Graamam products remain uncompromisingly traditional in spirit, optimally nutritious, safe, and stable in contemporary homes.
Another key objective of this collaboration is to develop terrain-specific economically viable biodiversity templates for farmers to grow raw material for Graamam.
